This was the emoji modifier I wanted to add all along, seems to work well with all of the other modifiers.
Made the modifer :-heart: so that it doesn't interfere with all of the current love emotes that everyone put so much work into.

-Doesn't work with reverse due to the way transform works. Might come up with a solution to that later but doesn't matter much for this one since it's hard to tell it's turned with the animation anyways
-This breaks current emotes just like talking did since they have the same ending unfortunately.
Mostly did this to clean up the ending logic for emotes since it was not extensible, this should scale better (could still be improved). Let me know if you don't like it and I will keep just those changes.

-Also made the preview work closer to the actual behavior from the server.
-Fixed issue where multiple talking or pats would remove all instances rather than just the one from the end.
-Added a hidden feature to double flip the talking bubble (for non-patted emotes).
-Made the pat look better with the talking when -pattalking emotes are shown.
-Fixed issue with username mentions with pat or talking requiring the # or ! at the start.
-Now allows for # or ! to be within the talking or pat.

Whazzup? This PR is the final solution to the incel problem. There's an old indian proverb that says: "never judge a man until you've walked two moons in his mocassins". In this case, it should be: "never judge a woman until you've walked 24 hrs in her high-heels".
The misogynist award is a comment-transforming award that "feminizes" comments. It does the following:
- makes text pink
- makes text lowercase
- removes "complicated" punctuation
- makes paragraphs into run-on sentences
- adds stereotypical girly remarks to the beginning or end of a paragraph.
For example:

It also sets the user's pfp to a random white woman. Well, psuedorandom - it's based off of the user's id, so each user will only ever have one pfp assigned to them, which I think is nifty.
Finally, it changes the name of the user toa girly name.
There is one small problem with the PR, which is simply that I manually added a badge for testing purposes. If you like this PR, I will submit the badge throught the proper chanels and fix it.

On zoom Bootstrap tries to add padding to modals in \_adjustDialog, which breaks the appearance on iPhone. This fix forces the padding to 0
