Docker-compose currently doesn't know that it has an env file, this causes psql to improperly create itself at best and doesn't let rdrama to start in the first place.

Will probably write a concise guide on what to touch or not concerning the .env file in the future and figure out why the fuck the 4 bot users are not created when composing.
