OS: ubuntu 22

Removed all postgres installs from my system and was still having issues with the postgres container running initialization.

If anyone else runs into this issue you can comment out the hypopg extension lines in the schema, if you start running into issues with the rDrama container not connecting to the postgres container. Seems to run just fine without it

Was able to get around using it but the emote picker was broken, luckily didn't break anything else
