Prevent dylan autojanny overwrite ( #168 )
...
Autojanny overwrites the 'Dylan' shadowban with an 'Under Siege' shadowban. Rechecking "if v.shadowbanned: return" will prevent this, I guess.
As usual, please quadruple check my code.
